About Bledina

A Brand COMMITTED

Since 1881

The Social and Economic Responsibility of Blédina, a subsidiary of the Danone group, carries values that are dear to us to contribute to the health of children and the planet. Bledina is by your side to help you at every step of your child’s growth and development.

DANONE AND BLEDINA

Blédina joined the French company BSN (Boussois-Souchon-Neuvesel) in 1970. Antoine Riboud, head of BSN and then of Danone, committed the group to an economic and social development project.
He made a founding act: “There is only one land, we live only once”. This vision still dictates our values. It resolutely guides our daily actions to improve the quality of life in the company and in society. By responding to food and environmental challenges, Blédina is a citizen actor fully responsible for the good health of the planet left to children.

One Planet, One Health

2016

The signature “One Planet, One Health” perfectly reflects Danone groups sound mission: a healthy earth directly contributes to personal health. It’s about reconnecting people to their land. This calling is translated with each step Bledina takes towards encouraging healthier and sustainable consumption habits. Bledina is directly involved, from the conceptual phase of the products to the support of regenerative and organic agriculture, but above all in the fight against climate change.

The Start Of A Movement

2019

Nourishing future generations is a mission that we proudly work on every day! We are very attentive to the requirements and expectations of our consumers in regard to their nutritional needs and sustainability. Our mission is to achieve the maximum so that children get to experience a healthy planet. The B Corptm Certification obtained in 2019 inspires us to grow even more: progress and accelerate the transformation of our enterprise to accomplish our social and economic goals.
The process has started: working hand in hand with our consumers, the parents, the farmers, the employees, the scientists, the suppliers, the institutions to realize a better world for our children and future adults. Now more than ever, our approach has a purpose.
