How to prepare a school lunch box for my kid?

Eating healthy food and having a balanced diet during the day help children concentrate and learn and it’s important for them to achieve. It’s equally important that the lunch box itself should be made with food safe plastic or stainless-steel and to be insulated as for its content:

 

  1. Fresh fruits
  2. Crunchy vegetables
  3. Protein (meet/Chicken/ eggs/peanuts (if no allergy)
  4. Carbs (Bread, crackers..)
  5. Water 1
