Difficulty to fall or stay asleep, what to do?

After eliminating any obstruction in the airway due to enlarged tonsils and adenoids,

most sleep problems are behavioral.

A regular bedtime routine starting around the same time each night encourages good sleep patterns.

Example: Taking a bath, reading a story before going to bed.

The routine might include a quiet chat about the day, then some time alone relaxing before lights out and some relaxing/calming activities before bedtime.
