Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as an antioxidant, it enhances immune function, and prevents formation of clots in heart arteries. 1

Vitamin E is found in: Wheat germ oil, sunflower, safflower, and soybean oil, sunflower seeds, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, beet greens, collard greens, spinach, pumpkin, red bell pepper, mango, avocado, asparagus. 1
