First, the heredity factor; eighty percent is due to the heredity factor.

Second, healthy food, as it is an essential factor for body building.

Third, exercise, as it strengthens the bones and increases the secretion of the growth hormone.

Fourth, sleep as the growth hormone is secreted during sleep.

Fifth, hormonal balance, which is essential for normal growth.

Sixth, gender, male or female, as height will be affected by gender (boy or girl) 1
