How tall will my child be? Is there a way to know how much my child's height will be as an adult?

There are several mathematical methods that give the approximate result to measure the expected height of a child in the future:
 1. At puberty: a boy will be twice as tall as he is at the age of two years, and a girl will be twice as tall as she is at the age of one year and a half.

 2.Another way is:

The mother’s height + the father’s height +13, and the total is divided by 2 for the boy.

The mother's height + the father's height -13, and the total is divided by 2 for the daughter.

But the best way to monitor the child's growth is through keeping a record of the weight and height in the clinic, and in the case of any defect (such as mismatching growth for model records), the doctor can order the necessary tests. 1

It is important to note that other than genes, some environmental factors such as sleep, nutrition will impact the child’s growth.
