How to help my kid drink more water?

Follow below tips to help your kid drink more water:

  1. Put frozen fruits in the water
  2. Infuse water by adding flavor like berries, lemons, lime
  3. Let your child have his/her own special cup
  4. Get small bottles or cups that are easy for your kid to hold and drink alone
  5. Put a reward system when your kid drinks more water (stickers, happy faces)
  6. Be a good example, kids tend to imitate their parents so follow the same healthy habits
  7. Keep a water bottle for each family member with you in the car, on trips
  8. Encourage kids to drink water instead of sweetened beverages like artificial juices
